1/4 in wide 5 1/2 inch long coffee bag style nose wire, lined with neoprene and wrapped in a sleeve of spandex.

Elastic made from 5/8" fold over elastic is soft and longer lasting. The lower elastic runs freely through. The upper is anchored at the sides to improve nose fit.

Small filter pocket opening- Its still there if you want it but its been minimized as the mask is designed as an entirely reusable, hand washable mask.
Easy to repair. The lower elastic can be easily replaced with the use of a coat hanger. The upper elastic and nose wire assembly is anchored in the upper corners of the mask. Cut a few short seams on both sides and it should come free. The whole mask can be flipped inside out through the filter pocket hole.
